TLW has experience of working with Developers on the preparation of Master Plans for large commercial and mixed used developments. We have experience of preparing Strategic Programmes that set out likely timescales for the site acquisition, vacant possession, phasing and completion of the works, ensuring that key infrastructure and assets providing income streams are delivered early in the overall programme.

The programme will also set out the delivery of any obligations set out in any S106 and 278 Agreements requiring completion of any Local Authority assets prior to the occupation of any market sale or office developments.
