Mike Blinco

Founder of Third London Wall

Mike is a project management specialist with over 30 years’ experience. Mike moved from a successful career as a main contractor’s project manager (CIOB Major Projects Finalist in 1991) to be an in-house project manager for London & Edinburgh Trust (LET) in late 1991 and with a colleague set up and ran a successful project management unit, Second London Wall Management Company (SLW).

As LET’s focus moved towards property and asset management Mike and his fellow director took the SLW business private and began to provide their services to external development companies.

After a successful ten-year trading SLW was integrated with one of the UK’s major property consultancy firms GVA and under Mike’s leadership SLW’s turnover, headcount and profitability grew fivefold.
