We take a proactive and collaborative approach through the design stages, carrying out detailed design reviews with each discipline to assess any potential value benefits, monitoring the emerging design against budget and providing regular formal reporting to the Client.

From a delivery perspective, we work seamlessly with the Project Manager to agree and implement the procurement route, tailored to suit the Client’s investment drivers and carry out all necessary post contract services to see the project through to a successful conclusion.
