Services - Contract Administrator

Where there is a requirement to appoint a Contractor Administrator or Employer’s Agent, TLW will always recommend this is instructed as an additional service to our role as Project Manager. We believe there are clear benefits to the Client and Project Team for the appointed Project Manager to also administer the Building Contract.

The Project Manager’s involvement through all stages of the planning, design and procurement phase of the project including the drafting and agreement of consultants’ services, leaves them best placed to administer a contract that they have been actively involved in its drafting and agreement.

Where a separate Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent is appointed, TLW will ensure that the appointed EA/CA discharges their obligations under their appointment.
