Nicola Bates

As Company Secretary Nicola oversees our compliance with corporate governance requirements; this includes the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our policies and ways of working.

During her twenty-five year career, Nicola has worked within the manufacturing and construction sectors, and as an advisor to major infrastructure clients.

Nicola’s core skill is business process improvement; she has worked with senior management teams and project teams to identify and implement changes necessary to meet client and business targets, ensuring improvements are embedded into custom and practice.

Nicola now brings these skills to TLW to support our approach of technical project management delivered by trusted professionals who recognise the importance of continuing to learn and improve.
