Founding Director of Third London Wall Consulting Limited (TLW), Peter is an experienced construction industry professional.
Peter is a Chartered Builder with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry having held Executive Board roles at a main contractor, and for the last 6 years as a Senior Project Manager at GVA Second London Wall delivering a number of high-profile major projects.
He has extensive experience including successful delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects within the commercial, residential, hotel / leisure and science & research sectors (laboratories).
Peter combines strategic management with an attention to detail and technical competence with the ability to manage, cajole and motivate project teams through the challenges of the construction cycle. His experience and skills allow him to ensure all project targets are identified, improved and achieved for clients. He is a provider and driver of solutions.
Integral to Peter’s approach is that of coaching, and throughout his career he has instigated and delivered in-house training and development programmes to support individual’s development as well as improve project and business performance. Using his mentoring and coaching skills, Peter works with individuals and project teams to support the implementation of improvements required.
