Tony Wake

Tony now heads up the Cost Management business unit within TLW, also offering extensive knowledge of procurement, tendering and contract administration in support of the Project Management function.

Tony has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor since 2009 and has acted as both Supervisor and Counsellor to a number of staff members with a 100% pass rate.

Tony has extensive knowledge and experience of delivering large complex multi-faceted procurement strategies with having a very detailed knowledge and understanding of the contracts to suit.

Other key projects of note that Tony has worked on include; Chelsea Barracks, Aldermans House/ The Crosspoint, 5 Cheapside, Guoman Marble Arch Hotel and The Francis Crick Institute.
