Julio has over 13 years’ experience delivering project management for a multitude of clients, from the aviation sector to the London commercial and residential sectors. Julio started his career with EC Harris and was based on site as part of the delivery team on Terminal 2 for BAA, performing various different roles from risk management and project controls to cost consultancy. Julio went on to deliver as part of a team for EC Harris important commercial and residential schemes in London, most notably Kings Gate House and The Zig Zag Building for Land Securities, acting as the Employer’s Agent.
Thereafter, Julio spent 5 years at Second London Wall as a Senior Project Manager and then a Project Director, leading the project management and contract administration of high-profile residential schemes such as North Wharf Gardens and Morley House, with the latter a significant Grade II listed building on the prestigious Regent Street for The Crown Estate.
He is a solution driven and energetic project manager with an astute and detailed approach to managing and navigating teams to deliver successful outcomes for Clients, pre and post-contract. His strengths lie in his commitment, work ethic and diligence to drive the project forward and effectively communicate with all those involved in the development process.
Julio is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and acts as a supervisor and counsellor to prospective candidates undertaking their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). He also holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management.
