TLW is able to assist at any stage of the development process. TLW’s detailed knowledge of the development process enables them to contribute to resolving issues that may arise. This can involve acting as the Client’s representative to review projects and give guidance on the directions that can be taken to move the project forward. Other examples of where assistance can be given are listed below:

• Site Acquisition – We can assist with the completion of due diligence reports of potential sites with an emphasis on identifying the key development constraints that will inform cost and programme.
• Planning Applications – Assistance with the management and preparation of planning applications and in particular the production of Construction Management plans for inclusion in the applications.
• Client Representative – Act on behalf of the Client in undertaking project audits and or overseeing Project Teams delivering projects over a portfolio.
• Agreements for Lease – Act on behalf of the Landlord or Tenant in agreeing all technical matters necessary for Agreements to Lease to be agreed and thereafter check Landlord/Tenant complies with their obligation under the AFL.
• Tenant Liaison – Where projects involve a number of tenants, be they office or retail occupiers, TLW can act as the Tenant liaison during the delivery of the project and the subsequent fit-out of the tenant areas.
