The site is bound by two Grade I listed buildings and one Grade II listed building. The project comprises of the partial demolition and retention of the Grade II listed Nuffield House façade. This allows for the construction of six floors of new high quality commercial spaces, over 60,000sqft. Further, included is the provision of retail spaces located at ground floor as well as six residential units on 7th and 8th floor.
