Elliott is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor with over a decade of experience delivering commercial office led schemes across central London for market leading Developer Clients. His strategic vision and commercial awareness, coupled with an engaging manner and good attention to detail, enables Elliott to manage complex projects to a successful conclusion.
Elliott is a good communicator and a strong leader with a natural ability to develop and nurture relationships with projects teams and wider stakeholders alike.
He has extensive experience working across the full spectrum of development stages, from feasibility, through to delivery and handover. Elliott is well versed in design & build forms of contract and hybrid procurement methods tailored to suit the optimum delivery programme for each project.
His career highlights to date include delivering London’s first Crossrail Over Station Development, Kaleidoscope for Helical Bar now fully let to TikTok, delivering YardNine’s first development, 80 Fenchurch Street and an invaluable 5 years spent on one of the largest single pre-lets the City has seen, British Land’s 5 Broadgate to UBS.
