The nature of our areas of expertise and development within city centres in particular, naturally leads us to having knowledge in the delivery of mixed use developments. The majority of our projects have degrees of varying uses and as a result we understand the nuances of different building and space types and operational requirements within close proximity to one another.

We have seen this sector expand at high speed over recent years and we have developed our knowledge as a result for the delivery of a variety of accommodation types including PBSA and with varying room and cluster formations.
